The music video of Hilary Duff�s latest single �Reach Out� has been censored to make it on television.Apparently, the 21-year-old Disney star has a number of thumb-sucking scenes on the original video and to be able to make it on television, they cut most of all the said scenes and replaced them with �milder� ones.
�Reach Out� is the carrier single of Hilary�s �Best of� album coming out on November 11, 2008.
