:: KATE HUDSON at the Pinnacle of PEOPLE's Beautiful
Kate Hudson is cover girl of the People magazines issue containing its latest Most Beautiful list.
Editors chose Kate from among the 100 celebrities who made the list. Senior Editor Galina Espinoza says Kate just embodies such an incredible natural beauty that is in vogue right now. Weve gotten so accustomed to celebrities getting breast implants and nose jobs, and she will talk about being flat-chested and having a little bit of an offbeat look.
I was a tomboy, Kate tells People. I had three brothers. I was the girl with the dress on that always came back in the house filthy with scrapes and bruises. But I was always very girly. I had to be able to twirl so that my underwear showed.
Other celebs such as Salma Hayek, Carrie Underwood, Vanessa Hudgens, Rumer Willis, Jason Taylor, and the cast of the Gossip Girls populate the list.

On being famous in her hometown of Wyomissing, Pennsylvania: I was actually playing a sold-out show in my hometown, and I was signing autographs afterward. And I saw those girls who didnt invite me to their parties and didnt invite me to hang out with them. They waited in line for three hours to say hi to me. Thats where I have to look at this situation and say, We were kids. At some point, you have to forget about grudges because they only hurt.
On turning painful real-life situations into good songwriting: Well, I wrote Shouldve Said No, about a guy who cheated on me. Theres always that moment where youre like, He says hes not gonna do it again, he says hes sorry, and, oh, look how sorry he is! But theyre not sorry. If they cheated on you, then you didnt matter enough for them to be thinking about you while it was happening. So what does it matter if he apologizes after the fact? And at some point, you realize that you do not deserve to be treated like that. I decided I didnt want to be that girl.
On why shes proud to be unique: Everybody looks in the mirror and is like, I wonder why her eyes are huge and mine are smaller. But I realized that if youre lucky enough to be different from everyone else, dont change.

Rihanna takes the June 2008 cover of Elle.
She addresses those pesky rumors about a romantic relationship with her and Jay-Z, who is married to Beyonce now!
RiRi says, Well, its crazy that you ask me that. People know that its not true, she says. I think its kinda a cliche question, and people know its not true, so I dont even know why its still addressed to this day. I get asked about it all the time and Im like, Youre asking, but you know the answer. I dont even like to address it anymore.
:: JESSICA SIMPSON Glamorous on "GLAMOUR"
Jessica Simpson gushes about boyfriend Tony Romo in the new issue of Glamour, on newsstands next Tuesday.
This article could come out and Tony and I could be broken up, but he still deserves all the accolades for bringing me back to who I am, Simpson said.
Jessica, 27, also talks about how worried she was when she met Tony, admitting she wanted to puke in a cup holder because she was so nervous.
And heres a fun bit of Jessica addressing her acting: Its fun to do a small film that might be released to DVD not because its a horrible film, but because its an independent film. For people to say Employee of the Month was a flop is ludicrous. We made the money backthats not a flop. For people to say The Dukes of Hazzard was a flopit opened to $30 million! If these movies are flops, why would I still make them?

Im not big into experimenting, says the 36-year-old actress added. Preppy works for me, and I stick with it. And its true: She has a talent for combining classic, clean-cut items in a way that always looks great.

With rumours circulating that Ashlee Simpson is pregnant, and everyone talking about her engagement to Pete Wentz, it's easy to forget that she has a new album out. It's easy to forget because no one cares about Ashlee Simpson's music. I know I definitely don't care about Ashlee's music, or whether she's pregnant or not, except that if she is, these Ashlee Simpson bikini pictures from Shape magazine might be the last time we see her looking this good.
