Megan drew flak for her call to legalize cannabis and her obsession with her looks.

"The American has amazed fans with her ignorance as she travels the world promoting her movies with red-carpet comments and magazine interviews," wrote Daily Mail in a report counting down the 23-year-old's gaffes.

During a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, Fox had questioned her own mental health saying, "I think that Im so psychotic and so mentally ill that if I could tap into that I could do something really interesting."

Perez Hilton Punching Incident with Black Eyed Peas

Famous celebrity blogger Perez Hilton was reportedly had a heated argument with Fergie and Will.i.am of Black Eyed Famous which eventually turned into a worst-punching incident with the group's tour manager Liborio "Polo" Molina outside a bar in Toronto, Canada.

The incident happened on early Monday of June 22 at Cobra Toronto Night Club during the after-party of the MuchMusic Video Awards 2009.

After the much publicized incident, Will.i.am immediately issued an official statement condemning violence and insinuating the right for respect. Read below:

I will not continue to comment specifically on the incident that happened in Toronto last weekend But I would hate for my silence to be misconstrued I do not condone harassment or violence of any kind

No one deserves physical abuse
And no one deserves verbal abuse
No one deserves that

Everyone needs to be respected
And no ones name should be slandered in the name of hate and disrespect
And fyinot every black man is a thug

As far as character allegations made against myself,
The members of the Black Eyed Peas,
And members of our management
I believe that the truth will speak for itself once the details of the events are fully presented.

Hateful slurs
Racial or gay should not be used as verbal weapons to provoke violence

Let us all learn from the events that happened in Toronto
That situation has already taken valuable time, energy,
And attention away from more important,
And in some cases, devastating issues happening in our world.
Thank you

Will.i.am

And Perez Hilton has this video below to clear his name on the incident and to shed light on what really happened during that night:

And others have spoken too:

Rashad Robinson, Senior Director of Media Programs at GLAAD (The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation) : "These are vulgar anti-gay slurs that feed a climate of hatred and intolerance toward our community. For someone in our own community to use it to attack another person by saying that it is, quote, The worst possible thing that thug would ever want to hear, is incredibly dangerous. It legitimizes use of a slur that is often linked to violence against our community. And it sends a message that it is OK to attempt to dehumanize people by exploiting anti-gay attitudes. We have reached out to Hilton and asked him to apologize for promoting this anti-gay slur and we would ask media outlets to avoid repetition of the slur in their coverage of this story."

Pop culture chronicler Rich Juzwiak: "I just kind of want to throw up my hands (or in my hands) and call out this character, this persona, this online half-person for what it is: bad for the Internet, bad for gay people, bad for the world. I cant help but feel like everything would be better off without him I racked my brain and Ive still come up with absolutely nothing positive or pro-social that he has brought to the world."

27-year-old American Idol champ Kelly Clarkson: "I gotta be honest with you, hes gonna get a lot of flowers. Im not talking about Perez, the manager. (laughs) I do not think violence is the answer but what did you expect? You cant talk that much crap about people without being able to take something. Im surprised it hasnt happened already! (laughs) I hear that hes mean to celebrities kids. Youre hurtful to children, no ones going to pity you. I dont understand! I dont think anyone should be punched but I see why someone would want to do it."

Fergies husband, Josh Duhamel: "When you get rich saying hateful things sometimes you ask for it. Its an unfortunate incident and I hope it goes away."

The View host Whoopi Goldberg: "When you get clocked by the pen, its never fun, and some people, you dont know how theyre going to respond to you, and you might just want to take that into consideration."

Pokwang and Wowowee Executives Summoned by MTRCB

Pokwang and other Wowowee executives were summoned by MTRCB for violating the Philippine Flag law on the show's Independence day celebration. Pokwang wore a gloves with Philippine flag design as part of her costume while impersonating Mommy Dionisia (Manny Pacquiaos mother). The incident immediately drew criticisms from many viewers, prompting Pokwang to publicly apologize on the same day.

In a letter dated June 15 and addressed to the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) head Ma. Consoliza Laguardia, Pokwang said it was not deliberate on her part to wear boxing gloves with Philippine flag as their design.

"Since I was told that similar merchandise containing the flag was being openly sold to the public in time for Independence Day, I had mistakenly believed that it was fitting to use the gloves for our June 12 episode," Pokwang explained in her letter.

"If there was anything improper in my having used the gloves, it was not deliberate on my part and I sincerely apologize for my error," she added.

Pokwang also promised not to commit the same mistake.

And in response to the invitation made by MTRCB, Pokwang, along with Wowowees executive producer Phoebe Anievas and Tonette, showed up at the MTRCB office to personally apologize to Laguardia. Tonette was the one who bought the gloves in Divisoria.

After getting the "2008 Fighter of the Year" award from the Boxing Writers Association of America, world's best pound-for-pound boxer Manny 'Pacman' Pacquiao gets another recognition in his inclusion at "The World's Highest-Paid Athletes" list of Forbes Magazine.

Pacman tied for the sixth spot along with 2009 NBA Most Valuable Player LeBron James and golfer Phil Mickelson. They raked in $40 million last year.

His entry on Forbes.com states that Pacquiao "hogged the boxing spotlight over the past year with victories in two blockbuster fights," pertaining to his eighth round TKO win over Oscar de la Hoya in December and second round KO of Ricky Hatton in May. Such mega fights generated more than $100 million in pay-per-view revenue in the US.

Pacman was joined by sports icon Tiger Woods, who are last year's highest-paid athlete with $110 million total generated income. Woods is expected to become the first athlete to earn $1 billion during a career, with almost $900 million in prize money, endorsements and appearance fees to date.

Sharing the lists second spot are Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, and Kimi Raikkonen with $45 million.

David Beckham, meantime, clinched the No. 5 spot with $42 million. As mentioned, a triple tie among Pacquiao, James and Mickelson took over the sixth spot with $40 million.

Coming in at No. 9 is motorcycle racer Valentino Rossi with $35 million. Following suit in tenth place with $34 million is Nascar driver Dale Earnhardt Jr.

Five athletes, who earned $33 million each, tied for eleventh place. They are Roger Federer, Shaquille O'Neal, Oscar de la Hoya, Lewis Hamilton and Alex Rodriguez.

Golfs Vijay Singh came in at No. 16 with $31 million.

Rounding up the list are Kevin Garnett, Jeff Gordon, Derek Jeter and Ronaldinho all at No. 17 with $30 million.

"Mare", The Black Eyed Peas Tribute to Filipina Women

Mare, a song included in The Black Eyed Peas newest album titled The E.N.D. is the group's tribute to Filipina women.

This is the third time the group included a song in their album that has a Pinoy touch in it. The first song which was included in their 2005 album Monkey Business is a monster hit "Bebot", a Pinoy slang word analogous to the English slang term "hot chick". While the second song titled "The APL Song" based on the "Balita" or "News" song by the Filipino folk rock group Asin band was included in their 2003 released Elephunk album.

Check out the Mare lyrics and video below:

F-I-L-I-P-I-N-A
Mare, Mare
F-I-L-I-P-I-N-A
Mare, Mare

Ahh she,
Look at all these pretty ladies on the dance floor, (Ow)
On the dance floor, (Ow) On the dance floor, floor floor floor.

I like it Mare,
I like it Mare,
I like it Mare,
I like it like it.

Look at all these pretty girls dancing like theyre on the roll.
Pretty Filipina girls, Aint nothin messin with her,
Hot damn, there she goes, bangin like a video.
Marrow, Girl, let me freak you in Tagalog.

Sayaw ka na, (Hey Hey)
Ang ganda mong dalaga,
Sayaw ka na, (Hey Hey)
Gusto kitang kasama.

So let me get it, get it
Let me ge-ge-get it.
Let me get it, get it.

On the dance floor, (Ow) On the dance floor, floor floor floor.

I like it Mare,
I like it Mare,

I like it like it.

Runway model, fashion show.
In the club gettin low,
Lookin like shes getting doh
Why herself from head-to-toe,
Oh no, she a pro-fessional,
Lemme know what it takes to get close so
It makes like Halo-Halo.

Sayaw ka na, (Hey Hey)
Ang ganda mong dalaga,
Sayaw ka na, (Hey Hey)
Gusto kitang kasama.

So let me get it, get it
Let me ge-ge-get it.
Let me get it, get it.

Ahh she,
Look at all these pretty ladies on the dance floor, (Ow)
On the dance floor, (Ow) On the dance floor, floor floor floor.

I like it Mare,
I like it Mare,

I like it like it.

Bilis na, dali na tayo, tayong dalawa,
Sayaw ka, sunod ka, gusto kitang kasama.

AGB Mega Manila TV Ratings (June 11-15): GMA-7 Regains Its Lead in the Ratings

The race for primetime supremacy gets more exciting as ABS-CBN programs threaten to dethrone GMA-7 as the No. 1 network in Mega Manila, based on overnight ratings conducted by AGB Nielsen Philippines on June 10 (click HERE to see ratings), when three Kapamilya shows occupied three slots in the Top 5. The inspirational drama May Bukas Pa took the top spot with 33.5 percent, followed closely by fellow Kapamilya show Tayong Dalawa with 32.8 percent. The romantic-comedy Only You came in fourth with 30.6 percent; sandwiched by GMA-7's Zorro (31.7 percent) and Totoy Bato (28.8 percent).

But GMA-7 immediately recovered and regained the lead.

Zorro was the No. 1 primetime program again last Thursday, June 11, with 33.8 percent; while ABS-CBN's Only You and Tayong Dalawa tied for second place with 32.5 percent. Former No. 1 May Bukas Pa slipped to fourth place with 32 percent, behind third-placer Totoy Bato's 32.4 percent.

Zorro also led the campaign of the Kapuso shows last Independence day, June 12, with four of its shows occupying the top four slots; the others being Totoy Bato, 24 Oras, and the improving Adik Sa 'Yo. Only You and Tayong Dalawa once again tied, this time for fifth place with an identical 27.9 percent.

GMA-7's primetime newscast 24 Oras was able to grab the lead from Zorro last night, June 15, with 32.5 percent. The Richard Gutierrez-starrer slipped to second place by virtue of its 32.2 percent rating. They were followed by Totoy Bato (29.8 percent), Tayong Dalawa (29.4 percent), and May Bukas Pa (27.6 percent).

The weekday-daytime race is still ruled by the GMA-7 soap Dapat Ka Bang Mahalin?, although noontime show Eat Bulaga! managed to steal the lead last Friday, June 12.

New soap Ngayon at Kailanman is steady on its third-place ranking, while Daisy Siete and Wowowee complete the Top 5.

Weekend viewing belonged to Eat Bulaga! (daytime) and Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho (primetime) last Saturday, June 13; and to SOP (daytime) and Kap's Amazing Stories (primetime) last Sunday, June 14. All shows are from GMA-7.

Meanwhile, TV5 shows continue to shake up Saturday viewing habit when Talentadong Pinoy maintained its fourth-place finish and Midnight DJ climbed to No. 6, tied with ABS-CBN's XXX.

Sandara Parks Talks About Her Inclusion to Korea's All-Female Hip-Hop Group 2NE1

Sandara Park, or simply known in Korea as Dara, says she has no regrets going back to Korea from her not so successful return to Philippine showbiz.

She said in a recent interview, "I was promoting as an entertainer in the Philippines, but I took the bold step and went on as a YG trainee. But I have no regrets about not being able to continue my entertainer career in the Philippines.

"Of course, training as a YG trainee, I have no guarantee for debut. I have no guarantee for success, but because I have dreams to be a Korean entertainer, I worked hard on it."

Dara has been an actress and a singer in the Philippines. She began to gain interest from Koreans after KBS introduced her in one of their TV programs. When she went to Korea for a visit, she was given a basic test by YG Entertainment and then joined as a trainee a month later.

She stayed in Korea and trained for 3 years before debuting as a member of 2NE1.

YG was a little doubtful at first about having Dara as a member of the all-female group. Because it seems that she has yet to get the hip hop 'feel'. But Dara worked hard to be in the group. She listened to hip hop music and soon, sang and danced to hip hop songs.

Talking about the sexy photoshoot she did in Philippine Men's magazine UNO during her stay in the Philippines that became the topic amongst Korean netizens lately, Dara explained that the idea of the photoshoot was suggested by one of talent handlers managing her then. But the photoshoot concept turned out to be different from what she first thought. It was too late to back out so there was no choice then but to do the sexy photoshoot even if she really did not want to do it.

See Dara performs with Korea's all female hip-hop group 2NE1:

Douglas Quijano is Dead

Veteran talent manager Douglas Quijano is dead. He was found lifeless by his driver Francis and film director Ces Evangelista in his Lucban, Quezon home earlier today, June 13.

According to Ces, Douglas usually wakes up early. So when he was not able to join them for breakfast, they knocked on his door at around 10 a.m. When he did not answer, they forced open the door. That's where they discovered the body.

At the moment, the cause of death is still unknown.

Tito Dougs, as he was fondly called by people in the showbiz industry, was considered as one of the best, if not the best, talents managers in the country. He was behind the success of some of today's most popular stars; like Richard Gomez and his wife Lucy Torres Gomez, Mark Anthony Fernandez, Jomari Yllana, Joey Marquez, Janice de Belen, Gelli de Belen, Wendell Ramos, John Estrada, Anjo Yllana, Antonio Aquitania, to name a few.

He also had a hand in discovering Claudine Barretto, Carmina Villarroel, Nadia Montenegro, Eric Fructuoso, and many others.

Aside from managing talents, he also set up his own film company MAQ Productions. He was also credited as executive producer, line producer, and project coordinator for many movies of Regal Films, owned by Mother Lily Monteverde, and other film outfits.

He also wrote the screenplay of the movies Isang Gabi, Tatlong Babae (1975) and Zoom, Zoom Superman! (1973).

Tito Dougs was also one of the founders of PAMI (Philippine Artists Managers, Inc.), an organization of talent managers.

Miley Cyrus' Break-Up with Justin Gaston, Confirmed!

Miley Cyrus and Justin Gaston's rumored break-up was confirmed by the two through their twitter accounts.

"They broke up on Sunday," confirms by somebody close to both Miley and Justin.

E! Online reports the split was caused by Mileys ex-boyfriend, Nick Jonas: "She obviously has been hanging out with Nick again a lot, and Justin was cool with it at first, as long as it was just a cool, friendly thing. She didnt cheat, but I guess Nick was trying to get her back the whole time."

Miley tweeted the day of the break-up, "I hope that Im dreaming, cause Im sick of this feeling. Tears are words the heart cant express. Why does saying good-bye hurt so much? Daddys giving me therapy. Life will go on. You will smile again. we will smile again."

While Justin wrote, "I almost fell asleep. I think I did for like 10 seconds. Obviously it didnt work out. How many tears are in there? Theyve gotta run out soon right?"
