The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), at 11 a.m. today, issued a tropical cyclone warning on tropical storm �Bebeng� (Aere).
According to the agency, "Bebeng" has already made landfall over Northern Catanduanes and is now heading towards Quezon-Aurora area.
�Bebeng� is moving with a maximum sustained winds of 85 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 100 kph.

PAGASA's three day forecast shows that �Bebeng� will be 70 km North of Baler, Aurora or at 110 km North Northeast of Cabanatuan City by Monday morning. By Tuesday morning, tropical cyclone �Bebeng� will be 170 km Northeast of Aparri, Cagayan. On Wednesday morning, �Bebeng� is expected to move farther away at 440 km Northeast of Basco, Batanes.
