Oscar winning actress Reese Witherspoon and Hollywood agent Jim Toth who got engaged last December finally exchanged "i dos" last Saturday night, March 26, 2011.

The small intimate "Southern-themed" ceremony with around 140 guests happened at the actress' six-acre ranch home in Ojai, California

"The Southern theme reflects her roots. Candles and flowers, mostly roses and calla lilies, will be everywhere in white and soft pastels for an intimate feel," a source explained.

"Reese knows exactly how she wants the wedding to be. Comfortable, but very classy and incredibly romantic." the source added.

Celebrity friends including Renee Zellweger, expectant mom Alyssa Milano and her CAA agent husband, Robert Downey, Jr. and his wife, Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves and Tobey Maguire and his wife, Jennifer, as well as Salma Hayek were among the 140 guests who watched the Water For Elephants star wed the Hollywood agent wearing a custom-designed Monique Lhuillier dress.

Reese's children Ava, 11, and Deacon, seven, from her seven-year marriage to actor Ryan Phillippe took part in the ceremony and the her best friend Heather Rosenfield was matron of honour.

The bride walked down the aisle to traditional wedding song 'Here Comes the Bride' but a southern feel was added with 'Tennessee Waltz' playing during the procession.

The happy couple were married by Reverend Jimmy Bartz, founder of Thad's church in Santa Monica where the couple attends weekly Sunday services, in a 20-minute ceremony and exchanged wedding rings designed by jeweller William Goldberg.

This is the second marriage for 35 year-old Reese and the first for 40 year-old Toth. Reese began dating Toth in early 2010 after breaking off a three-year relationship with Jake Gyllenhaal. Toth hails from the former steel mill town of Aliquippa, Pa., and works as a co-head of the motion picture division of the CAA talent agency.
