Hottest Korean star Lee Min-Ho, popularly known as Gu Jun Pyo in "Boys Over Flowers" was involved in a car accident during the filming for his latest drama series "City Hunter".
Lee Min-ho was shooting a car chase scene when his vehicle crashed into a parked truck belonging to a subcontractor hired by the Ilsan District Office for city work at around 3:30 p.m. on June 13 in Ilsan in Gyeonggi, South Korea. The impact of the crash was strong enough that the entire front portion of Lee Min-ho�s car was severely damaged that inflated the airbag.
The actor and his companion inside the car - a staff of the TV production company - were rushed to the Ilsan hospital emergency room for examination and treatment. Luckily, the actor and the crew member suffered no serious or visible injuries.
Lee Min-ho plays Lee Yoon Sung in "City Hunter", a government agent who works at the National Communication Network Team of the Blue House, Korea�s presidential palace. His mission is to take down the "Group of Five" responsible for his father's unjust death.
�City Hunter� is based on the Japanese manga series by Tsukasa Hojo that was published from 1985 to 1991.
