The heat is on for Filipino basketball fans as ABS-CBN and Studio 23 bring the 2011 NBA Playoffs to free TV.
Get more of the action this coming weekend in game three of the best-of-seven series between the Los Angeles Lakers and the New Orleans Hornets, to be aired LIVE this Saturday, April 23, 9:30am on Studio 23.
Find out if the defending champions led by Kobe Bryant get their momentum back after being clobbered in game one by the smaller Hornets behind All-Star point guard Chris Paul's 33 points, 14 assists, and 7 rebounds.
Come Sunday, April 24, it will be Dirk Nowitzki's turn to pump up his Dallas Mavericks against Brandon Roy�s Portland Trail Blazers in game four of their series to be aired on ABS-CBN Channel 2 at 7am.
On Monday, April 25, catch the New York Knicks� Big Three - Carmelo Anthony, Amare Stoudemire, and Chauncey Billups lead their team against the Boston Celtics� power quartet of Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce, Rajon Rondo and Ray Allen also on Channel 2 at 8am. Allen saved the day for Boston in their first game, but with the series on the line, resurgence from the Knicks is expected.
All the games will also have a same day primetime telecast on Studio 23 at 9:30pm.
