After the initial casting of votes for FHM 100 Sexiest Women in the World poll, more than 270,000 votes came in only less than two months, and 19% (52,124 votes) of which goes to Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera, making her the lady to beat on Top.
In second and third spots are Kapamilya actresses Angel Locsin (35,126) and Cristine Reyes (34,998).
